In return we will let you know when our new ciders are ready for release and you will be able to buy them before they go on sale to the public.
For us it is all about the character of the orchards, the old apple varieties and the unique mix of apple trees. This gives our single orchard blends they distinct styles.
We combine time-honoured methods with state of the art winemaking skills to make ciders which truly reflect the apples and the orchards they came from.
We really like our ciders and it appears that we are not alone. We hope they enjoy them as well.
